But it’s called Thrush and it’s going away now so no worries!!! Yogurt is good for all sorts of yeast-related issues so that’s what I ate, and I rinsed with a mouth germy disinfectant thingy and I took my vitamins so it’s lots better; I was in a lot of pain yesterday...
